Sonja Rausseaux, was a child without parents, adopted by a family that could not have children, and lived with them until her adulthood in Maryland. Her childhood was nothing particular, other than her unusual condition of fainting whenever she would get injured, but not when seeing blood of other kids, adults, or in movies. She never remembered getting injured, only waking up after it was healed.

Unbeknownst to her, she was first doll (fully android) child to be raised without knowledge of her biology. Dolls are created as children, and to avoid any biased and pre-determined programming of their psyche and nurture, they grow alongside other children, alongside adoptive parents or guardians, to develop personality and intelligence according to their education and social interactions. They however know that they are different, and have additional education based on that. She was the first prototype to grow up alongside humans integrated fully.

Dolls traditionally aren't allowed to join Fighting league, due to possible physical advantages/being able to adjust their body. However, Sonja's career of choice was to be a police woman/enforcer, and they are encouraged to get a fighting career started simultaneously. Her boss, who knew of her nature thanks to her parents, pulled some strings and she was let into fighting, where she succeeded almost exclusively, but did not fight as often as fighters who have it as their only career do.

One of her duties was to seek out illegal Fighters, mostly within her own continent, but was given a job to seek out and arrest one pretty hidden one all the way in Land of Old, in Livetell: John Huds.

Whether it was irony, or fate that has brought her to him, she may never know. She found him, and approached him on a bright day, but on a really bad day for him, when he was not in mood to dabble in fuckery - and with his mechanically enhanced sight and senses from having his pet attached directly to his spine (another fighting violation), he saw through her, read her mind, saw that it's mechanical and she did not know about it, and told her the biggest secret that's been withheld from her.

After confirming it to be true, she attempted to find a mechanic to overwrite some of her settings, but all were unsuccessful. She found John again, mere few days later, and asked him how he knew. When learning that he is more than a capable mechanic, but also a magician, she asked him if he would help her.

She went through reconstruction of her body for a week, relearning how to be herself again, with the knowledge of her life until then being a lie, and learning how to live in the world as a doll.

She decided to leave her job, wrote to her family, and decided to say in Livetell, with John, whom became her first true friend.

As an enforcer, she used to wear her mechanical pet on her arm at all times, but after resigning, she got in contact with a magical tattoo artist, who helped her one of enchanted tattoos: one that holds objects, and she keeps her dragon Zhaishe on her shoulder at all times, only releasing her when she needs her.

This tattoo, however, has made significant damage on her skin, and she's gained rust marks originating from her shoulder, which she often keeps covered.

She was detrimental in John's escape from Capital City in hopes to avoid the Civil War, but as higher ranked professional fighter, and a doll, she got conscripted as a Colonel, and would be sent to other countries, while John was resolving his situation with Harriet.

She was placed in Vaehart (would be equivalent of France in Utopia), country whose language originates one of her names, and country whose language she spoke fluently. Not knowing of what was happening in Livetell, she attempted to resist the orders from the generals, and personally protected any civilians that were to be harmed by professional soldiers. She dyed her hair black, and took a special liking to a small girl, whom she wanted to adopt and take home.

Anya, a pre-teen autistic and selectively mute child, (and would be equivalent of Romani, just like Leo)

She is a very low tier magic user, of torture origin, and she is able to use this magic subconsciously to communicate with people. She finds that Sonja can speak Kerti, language of her other name's sake, and Anya speaks with her only in Kerti. (Kerti = language spoken in Sorekt and Borekt, would be equivalent of two sides of Russia in Utopia)

When she meets John, she communicates with him by tapping on his skin in morse code, and he uses his own magic to telepathically communicate with her.

Unfortunately, due to Sonja's only occupation being a fighter, and now disgraced one at that, as well as her being a doll, she was unable to take her to Livetell and actually adopt her.

She will appear in the sequel as a 17 year old though!
