Rohan/Hari

Hari is a vampire hunter, who took name Rohan after his accident.

He grew up in the south, and never found purpose in his life other than to help his family. He was naturally tall, strong built from working manual labor his whole life, and was once sent to deal with a problem his village had in the forest nearby. He met with a powerful spirit, not fit nor capable of dealing with it, he angered it, and would have lost his head and part of his chest to it if it wasn't for a stranger that rescued him.

He woke up with his chest enveloped in a big scar, his body aged slightly, but his eyes feeling different, as well as some of his senses. He did not meet the creators, and did not know what happened to him. When he woke up, a witch informed him that Hunters had saved him, and made him one of their own to help him survive. They receive augmentations to their body and biology that makes them more resilient and sturdy. They said he'd either have three days to live, or each of his day would be like thirty, making his aging slower. They'd let him leave if he agreed to join, and he'd hunt vampires. He had not known vampires exist until then, and agreed.

At some point, he'd met with fellow hunter on one of his contracts, and befriended him. Shaxx entrusted him with his nature, and Rohan agreed to take care of him whenever their paths meet, and would honor this on the trip in a village near the Red Forest. Shaxx was hurt, and he needed help, and knew Phoenix's castle was nearby. He asked Rohan to go meet him, and he obliged. Thinking he was supposed to take care of the monster that had hurt him, he was surprised to find another sentient and well behaved vampire. He'd decided before, when meeting Shaxx, that he would not hunt vampires that were not feral and savage. He did not want to kill Phoenix either, and got seduced that night. He'd caught feelings too.

Phoenix helped him hunt animal big enough to feed Shaxx, and when he delivered the bear back to him, he found out Shaxx was near the city of Ratesiv for a reason, and needed help to take care of vampires in the City. He agreed to help.

His views on how vampires, and even Phoenix who would feed maybe once a week on humans, would otherwise hunt animals, and how they wasted human lives for their survival when they could live off animals. This escalated into a fight after Phoenix's accident with the stake, and his stomach bleeding extensively, to which Phoenix knew he'd only heal off if he drank proper human blood more. He was told to reconsider how he sees vampires, and what the difference between the Hunters and Vampires was. He left for months.

Upon returning, and realizing his hypocricy and judgemental views, he confessed his feelings to Phoenix again, and Phoenix did too. They decided to stay together for few days of the week, and he'd find work in the City others. He did not know what the Hunters would do about him yet.
